Do you have either a service manual or circuit diagram for a 39″ 4k TV – Seiki SE39UY04, which is being used as a computer monitor. Previously, this TV has intermittent problems that the power red LED would blink once every ~5 seconds, during which time, the TV would not turn on (by remote or ON/OFF switch).
I have tried the following without any success: 1. Unplug and re-insert the AC power source (no power bar, direct into AC socket) would sometimes enable the TV to turn on. Now this is no longer functional. Tried switching TV source HDMI inputs (1 to 3) – no success. Change to different HDMI cables – no success.

Main Power Board (Sony G6, APS-299, 1-883-922-12) and Back Light Power Board ( Sony G-8, DPS-78, 1-883-933-11) some section of the power board has supply. High voltage going to G-8 present.
No red light. G-6 board one of the transformer ( T-6201) input available no out put. Resistance reading short. Transformer part no. TSE28A240 Sony Y FIS 110125A E9.
